What currency are your prices listed in?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only. This allows us to provide fast domestic shipping, discreet delivery, and reliable access to Canadian-made performance enhancers, bodybuilding supplements, peptides, and injectable compounds.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped domestically from within Canada. Because shipments remain within the country, there are no customs delays, border issues, or international processing concerns involved.

What is your order processing and shipping turnaround time?
Orders typically ship on the next scheduled shipping day after payment has cleared. Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed on Friday must be completed before 4 PM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday morning. We process and ship orders quickly to ensure fast delivery across Canada.
What shipping method do you use and how much does shipping cost?
We ship using Canada Post Xpress service with a flat-rate shipping fee of $25. Delivery typically takes between 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes. We can ship orders directly to PO boxes using Canada Post shipping services.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your Canada Post tracking number so you can monitor delivery status and shipping progress online.
Why is my tracking number not updating online?
Tracking numbers may take approximately 3–5 hours to appear in the Canada Post system after your package has been dropped off for processing.
What happens if Canada Post loses my package?
Lost packages are extremely rare. Statistically, only a very small percentage of shipments experience delivery issues. If Canada Post marks a package as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully delivered. In the rare event a package is lost during transit, responsibility may vary depending on the situation.
Is there any risk of customs seizure?
No. Since all orders ship domestically within Canada, packages do not pass through customs or international border inspections. Domestic shipping helps eliminate customs-related risks and delays commonly associated with international orders.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please carefully verify your mailing address before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure, and packages sent to the wrong address often cannot be recovered. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before checkout.
Is a signature required for delivery?
No. Signature confirmation is not required unless specifically requested during the ordering process.
